What kind of shirts do you use? How is the print quality?

We normally print on Gildan brand-name pre-shrunk cotton/polyster blend shirts with seamless collars and, structured taped neck and shoulders, double-stitched sleeves,  and bottom hems.  All of our designs are screen-printed, a process of print-making where the design is imposed on a screen of fine mesh and the ink is forced through the mesh into the printing surface.

What kind of payment methods do you use? Is it safe?

GoRicksha.com currently processes all orders through Google Checkout, which accepts all major credit cards.  If you have any unique payment requests, please send an email to orders@goricksha.com and we'll try to do the best we can to accomodate you. Since all payments are handled through Google, you can rest assure that your payment information is always handled safely and is only seen by you and Google. No one else, including us, ever handle or store your payment information. Therefore, your transactions and your payment information is always safe and secure.

How long does it take for my order to arrive? What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

GoRicksha.com uses United States Postal Service for all its orders.  We normally use flat-rate priority shipping where S&H is only $5.95 for your entire order.  Therefore if you order 2 shirts or a 100 shirts, you’ll still pay the same flat-rate of $5.95. We don't believe in over charging or making money off of shipping charges.

With USPS Priority shipping you should normally receive your order in about 5-7 business days. We also offer rush delivery via USPS Express shipping which is about 2 business days. Currently we ship to the Continental U.S. If you have a shipping request outside of this area, please send us an email to orders@goricksha.com and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.

How about if I have a problem with my order, what's your return/exchange policy?

The bottom line is we really just want you to be happy with our products. We don't want you to be stuck with something you don't like or don't want. GoRicksha.com will exchange or return any order as long as you email us at orders@goricksha.com within 7 days of receiving your order and request a RMA number, and as long as the shirts are unworn and in new condition.  If they look worn, GoRicksha.com reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return.  There are no charges for exchanges or returns minus the cost of shipping (unless it’s our fault).  If we screwed up your order, you bet we will take care of you and make sure your happy. For returns, your account will be credited back within 7 business days of the return.

Copyrights

Any misuse or unauthorized copyright infringement will result in legal action… sike.  Who are we kidding.. we can’t afford any legal action.  It’s expensive enough keeping the FBI off our backs as is ;-)

Seriously though, we’re just here to have fun and have a good time.  If you would like to use any of our images for personal uses like an avatar or your facebook profile, it’s totally cool.  All we ask is a link or acknowledgement to our site, whenever possible.

Privacy/Security

We can dazzle you with buzz words like 128 bit encryption, SSL, secure site,  single-authentication, fraud protection, order-tracking, phishing protection, etc. - all of which we do have, but we won't bore you. ;-)

The bottom line is:
